The aim of the grant is to promote the equal realisation of cultural rights and to improve the quality of life of people in need of care or special support, through art. In the Art for Institutions projects, it is also important that the special needs of the individuals and groups in need of care or support are understood and that this understanding is used as a platform to enable equal interactions between people. In addition, the project contents must be artistically of high quality.
